I will try to find a nursery.

If cannot, I will ask some friends in Italy to find it for me ...

Thanks, Sanguinello. I'm really wanting this variety. I wonder how it tastes, sweet like an orange, or more sour like a lemon.

Well, Meyer is already half a orange and at least ripe not sour.
So the taste may be a lil tart, but surely not sour.

I would like to send you a fruit to let you taste, but how should I do that ?

Guess you would have come to europe ...

Yup, no way to send me citrus fruits, sadly Crying or Very sad Just seeds. But, I'll take seeds if they're available. I'm hoping they will be polyembryonic, but it will be a 50/50 proposition, as Meyer lemons do not produce polyembryonic seeds (very often).

Oh jeepers, that's right, they turn out as albinos. I forgot. Well, I will be admiring from afar, unless UC Riverside can get some budwood for us here in the USA!!

I asked the CRA to tell me where to buy the new hybrids.

Here 2 new hybrids:

More Hybrids:

They produced in the last 10 years 700 new hybrids.

Well, let us know when you get one, and post up some photos. We'd love to see it! I would LOVE to have one, sigh!!! Maybe I will try some cross pollination attempts myself. I admire Mike/Citrange's patience with his hybrids. I actually purposefully purchased the Ponkan and the Kiyomi to try my own attempts at coming up with something like a Dekopon. If I can get the Kiyomi to grow some, and blossom, I'm going to give some controlled pollination attempts a try. I really have to get my greenhouse set up, though, so I have a better place for seedlings to grow.

Patty, I am breeding Citrus since I was 12 years old.

I have just the board at the window for it and it works so well, that I produce more than hundred plants a year ,, and only for I hold down the horses .. Very Happy
You really need no greenhouse for that ...

Do you have a Greenhouse already ?
I planned, constructed and built a lot of greenhouses and could give you some advice.
