I just put about 20 seeds in the fridge.
I bought one fruit one month ago. Just for the fun because I don't like citrons.
The fruit got about half size and this evening I decided to open it to see how it is. The rind has dried and got thin but the juice was still there. I tasted it and was very astonished. It was less sour than a lemon, slightly sweet with a good taste!
We used it with tarama. Very good.

I emailed Tintori asking about which variety this actually is. I added the pictures as reference...
Mr. Davide Gabbani replied that this is "Amalfi lemon ornamental". It's in their catalog under reference 4E.

Hey Ivan, these are Cedri not lemons. I think that is what the confusion is.

Next trip to Amalfi Cost, some seeds will be coming back with me for sure Wink
