On the Italian Florealia web site I found a variety called sfusato di sorrento. The name of that lemon variety appears to be a mix of C. limon Sfusato Amaltifano and C. limon Ovale Di Sorrento. Do you think "sfusato di sorrento" is a similar variety?
I'm also interested in the nine pound lemon. Should grow like crazy in my climate - NOT! Rolling Eyes Laughing

Hi Marc !

The Sfusato (streched) di Amalfi is a mutation of the Ovale di Sorrento.
There are just different versions :
Mutations, seed selections and probably also crosses ...

Tintori has them all :
