The yellow ones are again citrons in my opinion, looking at the thickness of the rind.
Anyway, I have a couple of Amalfi lemons at home right now, should you be interested Laaz let me know... Wink

Which type do you have Ivan? It seems Amalfi lemons refer to many different lemons grown in that area.

Sincerely Laaz I don't know, the label just said "Amalfi lemons". I am talking of some fruits bought at a store

If they are very long, then it is the Sfusato dĀ“Amalfi.

Sfusato means extended.

I don't claim to be an expert in Italian, but from what I remember about the language sfusato actually means to be not orientated or to be exhausted. - Millet 71

Actually it means something like "elongated"

Also, what is the story on the "Italian pink fleshed lemon". The info says it came from NZ? Where's the Italian heritage here?
