I emailed Tintori asking about which variety this actually is. I added the pictures as reference...
Mr. Davide Gabbani replied that this is "Amalfi lemon ornamental". It's in their catalog under reference 4E.

Hm, I got budwood of Tintori Amalfi lemon ornamental, but leaves are not citrus medica like, nor citrus limon like,
they have wide petioles like grapefruit.

In Tintori nursery they said yes, when I asked them if they sell budwood,
but this particular one is not directly from them.

Judging by petioles, clearly not pure lemon or pure citron,
Hybrid with some different citrus

The leaves are very different from my sfusato amalfitano lemon, also from Tintori. But the varieties are probably very different despite their "Amalfitano" name...

We often discussed of that.
Amalphi is the region. You could have Amalphitan cherries or strawberries. Smile
Like many people I thought that the "ornemental" was a citron but now that I have eaten some I can tell it is lemon. The rind is very thick but the juice is pure lemon.
