If you have never grafted, go to the "Tutorials Grafting and Budding" section of this forum. There you will find the various methods of grafting & budding. The tutorials will give you all the basic methods of grafting, and procedures to be successful. If you feel intimidated about practicing on your citrus trees, you can practice on any tree or bush on your property. - Millet

The first one looks like a yuzu to me, although it may be something else... The second one should be a grapefruit or its close relative, hybrid. Btw, do I see a paintbrush stuck into the soil? I have pretty much the same one, which I use in the lack of bees. Laughing

Take care,
Igor

We have MANY members on this forum with cuttings that they can share with other members of this forum. Not a single person offered to help this member. I offered him the cuttings that I could give. How about a little help from our long time members to others?? - Millet

swimmingfree, I would offer you cuttings, but those of us in "citrus" states are under quarantines, so we cannot ship out any citrus products. Just wanted to mention that, so you didn't think all of us were ignoring your request Shocked We do, however, have many forum members why live outside the citrus states under quarantine (like Millet), who can provide some nice budwood for you. also, don't forget about UC Riverside's CCPP program, too. The budwood isn't very expensive, and this is also an option, epecially if you're looking for a specific cultivar that none of our forum members have offered up. Smile

The first thing to do, is read up on propagation. Certain types of citrus are not compatable with others. Figure out what you want to graft & make a list...

Flying dragon does not root very easy. Lemons & citrons are the easiest to root.
