Patty, been absent for a bit, you have been through the ringer! I sure hope things turn around and God forbid that ever happens to me, but if it does I'm calling you! You are the Erin Brokovich of Wisconsin and I hope they get something on your son's friend so you can relax.

I finally talked to assistant DA here who is prosecuting Atty for the girl with my checks. I will be in court tomorrow to see her first hearing. After, I will talk to Assistant DA & tell him story. My only hope is to get her or the guy she was with to crack... get them less jail time if they squeal. He's willing to work w/ me. Now, if only I can get detective to work a little more. He's the one that has to make the deal with them...question them & try to make them talk. Then it's up to both atty's. Wish me luck - I ain't done yet!
