Try taking better close up photos of the leaves and branches.

It can take a while for juvenile citrus to begin to fruit.

I agree with Laaz. This must be a seedling.

adriano, I'm curious, how is it that you have a citrus tree, and don't know if it is a grafted tree or not? - Millet

i just have this tree in the backyard of the house on the sea. Someone, my father or some cousin has planted it 5, 6 years ago. At thet time i did not care much about citrus trees. We never knew what sort is this citrus. This cousin of us told my parents it is some wild lemon (local terms) or something which does not bring fruits and the best thing for us is to graft this tree. The tree is not grafted, at least i do not see any signs on the tree.

Unfortunately my grapefruit is gone. Drought has killed it.

My uncle misinformed me. it is 2 year old lemon that is gone, not grapefruit.

SAD. my sister sent me this photo. She started to water it yesterday, i still do not lose hope . Maybe it can still put out new leafes. Stem is not rotten, it is firm. It could still be green inside.

I was zooming in to find something to hold on to, but i found nothing. I hope it can find some hidden inner strength to survive.

another devastating news i got yesterday, grepfruit is also gone. vanished in hot sun. Drought killed it. So meyer and grapefruit are drought casualties.
It is interesting that 2 wahington navel oranges, which i planted at the same time last year along with those meyer and grapefruit, are doing great. they are green and progressing well. it seems that orange is good choice for dry areas.
