I'll be there, and I'll probably have my brown straw gardening hat on, and sunglasses (to hide the fact that I probably will not bother to put on any makeup, lol!!) What is your first name, would be nice to know what to call you if we can figure out the Citrus Forum folks who will be attending.

Absolutely, Laaz! I'll have my iPhone with me, and will be snapping lots of photos  Wish I could figure out how to add either a audio note or a written not with iPhone photos. Would be very helpful.

Yes, ivica, we are very fortunate to be close enough to drive to the UCR Citrus Day. Guess it's a trade off for not being able to get all those lovely blood mandarins from Italy

I hope I've got a good list for taste testing. Last time I attended, Dr. Kahn was our tour host, and she allowed us to do some taste testing. I have the Dekopon on my list of course, but also want to try the Allspice mandarin and the Amoa 8 tangor. Any other suggestions that I can report back to the forum??

Patty, I think I am going to be late. A semi rolled over on the highway and its completely blocked. I guess its not a good idea to drive in 35 mph gusts

Nevermind they have cleared it. It looked like the driver was okay. I am getting on the I-10 now. No I am not driving fast.
