Grew up eating it every morning on my toast in Canada as a kid (grandparents were Scottish, they loved, it, parents loved, it and we kids loved it). I plan on making my own marmalades with each, and using other citrus mixed in. With the Bergamot, it needs something sweet added to it, so additional sweet oranges or mandarins will go in that marmalade. I have about 8 or 9 Bergamots ripening right now, so my first batch will be coming up, soon! And yes, huge fan of Earl Grey tea of course You can save a step on Earl Grey and just add Lemon Pledge to English Breakfast. That way you can use any you don't drink to clean the furniture.
