Laaz, the Lemora is a seedless Italian lemon that W&N have developed and trademarked. Very protected, only a handful of commercial growers have been granted a license to grow. I tried sweet-talking Jackie into a Lemona and Red Nules, but there was no way I was going to get either, even though they're the nicest people in the world. Love that place. Their trees are gorgeous. They're the only place in California (I think besides Monterey Bay Nursery) that are growing the St. Teresa Feminello lemon.

I thought I lost my lovely young St. Teresa lemon this year, after that horrid week we had in January, with temps in the mid-20's for 5 nights in a row - lost 2 satsumas (go figure), but the St. Teresa must have been protected by its namesake. It has some freeze damage, but is flushing out right now, and is in bloom. So, if I get enough lemons for limoncello, a bottle will be coming your way hate-bravo
