Thanks Mike. Dieter is a member here. We used to IM quite often, but I haven't heard from him in years & his website is also gone. From what I understand he was very old and may no longer be with us. Nobody else has had contact with him in years either.

Judging by the label - text is in german - so picture taken somewhere in german speaking country, and text on label say that this plant come from Italy in May 1997.

Yes Dieter is German & had an amazing variegated citrus collection & web page with many very rare variegated citrus.

I am in contact with Dieter.
He is all well, but specialized in breeding flowers and cut therefore all contacts to the citrus scene.

Dieter was always into breeding flowers, but it makes no sense that he gave up his amazing variegated citrus collection...
