I have ordered from Logees and Millet is correct you will get very small rooted cuttings but their prices (and especially shipping) is dirt cheap. For me it was a perfect purchase as I am new to citrus and have very limited space so I specifically opted for the 2'' pot instead of the 4''. Some of their varieties are grafted and they will generally note that in that plant's description.
I just emailed the company a couple of days ago with a few general questions and thought I'd share the information. A very nice gentleman named Byron helped me out with a few random questions. First I was curious about what type of Limequat they offer as I got one a few months ago from them and was just curious. The picture looks like a Eustis and he said that they are not quite 100% (as the mother plant was never specifically labeled) but said the staff believes it to be a Eustis. Some of their newer varieties that they just started carrying within the past couple of weeks (Kishu and Cara Cara) are indeed grafted specimens and the rootstock is apparently Volk. I also suggested that they try to offer the Nules Clementine and he said they would look into the cultivar and said they love hearing suggestions. So if anyone wants to help the cause of finding a reputible mailorder grower that offers the Nules I would suggest emailing Logees and letting them know. Enough customer demand will eventually make them have to carry it!
