Did you ever eat balut when you were in the Philippines? Most of my friends in college were Filipino and we would often go to all of the Filipino restaurants. Shopow (spelling?) was my favorite, but we would always joke around about balut since they never got me to eat it. Since I was always the only caucasian in the restaurants, I would always joke that my middle name is "Ino" so I was just as much of a "Phillip" "Ino" as the rest of them.
