I agree, I use simple Miracle-grow garden soil. I use a liquid rooting hormone that I dip the budstick into & then dip it in a power hormone & slide it into the soil. I get near 100% takes. The most important thing is to keep the soil warm & moist. I try to keep the soil between 70-75F when rooting.

In EU the use of rooting hormones is forbidden for private use.
So we need another way here ... |

I always buy clonex in UK. But it seems to be working so bad. I don't know what is the reason. I worked quite well two years ago. So that i'm looking for another rooting gel/powder. I see there are many USA-shops that sell rooting gel/powder. But they send in USA only. |

Go into a shop and ask for it in EU.
They will tell you they cannot sell it to you ...
That shops in England selöl it, but that does not mean you can get it in a normal shop.
I heard from people who bought it in such shops, that the stuff never worked, so maybe they sell fakes. |
