Thanks again guys for the great advice.
I planted about 15 seeds yesterday (Sunday).
Some information from the supplier of the seeds said to sterilize the compost in the microwave - so was going to try this while the wife was out (!!?) but after a couple of miniutes there was a bad burning smell so I abandoned that plan! I did give them a light watering with sterile water as this was in the info from the supplier.
With the Poncirus seeds I had to buy other tropicals to make up the minimum order and these others had instructions to keep them above certain temperatures or in the fridge for 2 weeks before planting but nothing like this for the Poncirus.
So, I've planted them in a loam based compost and put them in my mini greenhouse and based on what Malcolm and Citrange say above I've put them on some bubble wrap and turned the heater on so the temperature doesn't get below about 62 - 66 F
So, I'll see if anything happens, it'll be a bit of an experiment if nothing else.
Citrange - yes I saw places on your site. Great site by the way, I often have a look around it for info and tips etc. I live in Fleet (down the M3 towards Southampton) which is about an hour maximum from you. So, I may well take you up on those seedlings if this doesn't work, if that's ok - thanks for the offer.
