That's another interesting variety, but not the same as bouquet de fleurs which has single flowers and crincled leaves.

Not really, actually, and once the aroma is on your hands it stays there for quite a while!
But I do like the plant with its unusual leaves and large spines! |

Hmm, mine smells great like intense lime and is almost thornless.

				| The lime smell is there but it isn't very intense. Maybe because I'm crushing old leaves? The scent of the leaves of my Bearss lime is much stronger... _________________

It is certainly more intense on the new leaves. Just rubbing on my old leaves doesn't leave much of a scent.

				| I visited a garden center today and guess what? I found a citrus plant that was on my wish list! It's a small eustis limequat. It's not a "have to have" but a "nice to have" .

Here it is:

				| I should try that out then!
What seems odd is that the leaves don't have a lime aroma when crushed... _________________

				| The Eustis Limequat was first developed in 1909 by Mr. Walter. T. Swingle of the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Florida. Swingle named the fruit after the city of Eustis, Florida. Eustis Limequat is the best of the three limequats (Eustis, Lakeland and Tavares). It is a cross of the round kumquat and a Key lime. - Millet (274 BO-) | |

				| No they don't. A nice thing about them, it is the only "quat" I have that will flower all year. _________________

				| Mines in the ground & I prune the hell out of it every year, but it loads up with excellent fruit none the less.

Those plants originate from a nursery that puts their plants in containers that are color matched with the fruit color

				| Very nice tree Marc! To bad I'm skipping citrus shoppig this year. | Laaz wrote: | | And they go great with Corona ! |

I think every lime would go great with corona. When I drink a corona I push the limeslice in the bottleneck so every sip contains the mixture :p.
