Thank you ALL so much for the very warm welcomes. I have thought about all of you, but just was so overwhelmed within my life that I just could not keep in touch. I won't be on as much as I was before (for now), but I'll be here, even if I don't post, I'll read everyone's posts and chime in when I can.

Things are starting to get back on track, sort of. I did get some great news about my newest daughter. She was born early and with that has has a number of problems, including going into surgery within a few hours of her birth. Her birth defects and their effects are pretty much taken care of. The best news I just got. She had an MRI done for her spine (due to a sacral dimple) and they do not see an evidence of a tethered spinal cord, they do see an abnormality between T-9 and T-12 and we are waiting for her surgeon to consult with a neurosurgeon in regards to that to see if we need to do any further testing at this time for the abnormality. Both of her kidneys are now clear and she is off of her antibiotics. She is 7 months old today (Big WOW, I did not realize that until yeaterday) and when she was at the doctors last week she weighed in at 12.4 pounds. Things get so jumbled since we are always either at the pediatrician or at children's hospital, I also have a nurse and an O.T. that each comes once a week to see her.

I do miss living in Florida. We lived there for almost 2 years and would still be there if my husbands job did not move us right back where we moved from. Yup, right here in Massachusetts.

The kids said they missed the snow until it actually snowed and they realized how cold it was and how spoiled they had gotten with Florida's weather. They of course still had fun with the snow, they just need to re-acclimate to the cold.

Joe, I am floored, you are up to 56 in 1 on your tree. Major congrats. I will start a container citrus, but that won't be for some time. I need to make sure that I have the time before adopting another responsibility.

I will be heading back to Florida in or around March 2008, as my youngest son will be turning 5 and it is tradition for ther party to be held at Disney. Actually it is a birthday/family reunion. It's the way we get to see the extended part of the family that you always talk to.

Well have to go now, the kiddies are calling for Mommy now.

So nice to be back. Thank you all again, very much. Really did miss you all.

Glad to hear your daughter is getting better. I hope she doesn't need anymore surgery, but if she does I hope it works out well.

Best of luck to you and your family.
