On Ebay the Gotham Hydroponics LED grow lights are very high quality but are fairly expensive. Most of their lights use CREE bulbs. Either way you want to find LEDs that are 1-3 watts each as they put out enough power for plants.

I'm using a 13w 6500k LED panel over top and two 13w 6500k screw in LED bulbs on my Key Lime tree with decent results. Its an indoor plant this winter so all the light is from the three 13w LEDs.
