Totally off topic, sorry for the thread jack...

An OSU guy is driving north from Columbus and a Michigan alum is driving south from Ann Arbor. They come to a one lane bridge. Neither yields and they crash head on. Shaken but unhurt, they climb out of their cars.

"You know, this is a sign" the Buckeye says. "We should put aside our differences and become friends."

"Yeah, you're right," says the Wolverine. "Let me see if there's something else that survived the crash." He goes to the back of the car and finds an unbroken bottle of Jack Daniels.

"Here, lets toast to our new friendship." He hands the bottle to the Buckeye, who chugs half the bottle.

"Here, it's your turn," the Buckeye says to the Wolverine as he hands back the bottle.

"Nah, no thanks" says the Wolverine, who throws the rest of the bottle over the bridge. "I think I'll just wait for the cops to show up."

Respectfully submitted by a lifetime member of the University of Michigan Alumni Assn. GO BLUE!

Just goes to show everyone how underhanded those Wolverine fans are!

As for the PH of the miracle fruit? It's planted in straight peat. I even mix shredded pine bark in with it and use it also as a top dressing. If PH was an issue, I don't think I would be getting the nice growth flushes I'm getting.

It now looks like I have a few berries forming. Not sure what I tried may have worked. Hopefully it will take off.

Did you shake your fist at it Jay? I've found that some plants like to be babied while others require a good scolding to get them motivated.. LOL Wink
Good luck hon..

You bet Gina! I'll shake, screem, and curse at it and then turn right around and talk all lovey dovey to it! Got to be careful not to scare the new berries off!
