A few pics of the Miracle fruit tree Citrus Joe sent me last winter. This tree is going crazy with fruit.

Laaz, Citrus Joe also gave me a Miracle fruit last year. The one I received was a new seedling with just two leaves. It acted just as Dr. Malcolm Manners said it would. The Miracle Fruit just sat in the container for the first year (building up the root structure) then about a month ago the pland started to grow some new leaves. It is now growing at a rapid rate. Pretty soon I too can eat lemons with out tasting anything sour. - Millet

Citrus Joe also sent me 1 or 2 fruits. I planted the seeds but nothing grew. That's an amazing little fruit! I don't have room for any more plants, but would love to have one of those...they are too cool.

Benny there is not much flesh to eat. They are almost all a big pit. You put them in your mouth & chew the flesh there is. Swish it around your mouth... Then take a fresh lemon & it taste sweet like a orange, no sour taste at all. PM me your address & I will send you some seeds.

Patty I have a small plant I grew from seed, I'll mail it to you.

I have never heard of that fruit until today, and that thing is absolutely amazing!!!! Nature is spectacular.

How does it affect any other foods you may eat that may be sour, anyone know??

I think it has a numbing effect on certain taste buds. Someone jokingly asked if it would make okra taste better LOL. (I think that was Millet)

From what I know these trees take 2 years to fruit, so I would say 2-3 years.

Laaz,
If you get a few seeds you can't think of any thing better to do with, you can throw them my way.. sounds like a very fun seed project to me!!! Very Happy

Hi Lazz,
I'll take a couple seeds if you still have any extra.
