Marc, I'm interest in knowing what type of drink do you make from the Rangpur Lime? I usually just throw the fruit in the compost pile, as I really do not like the taste. If you have a good recipe I will give it a try. Rangpur does make a good rootstock. - Millet

I make a version of a brazilian drink called a caipirhania. It's usually made with regular limes. 1 part cachaca (brazilian white sugarcan rum) (I substitute vodka because it is WAY more readily available) 1 cut up lime and 1 part simple syrup, which is 1 part sugar and 1 part water.

Muddle the lime (crush it in your glass after cutting into 4ths), add liquor, add simple syrup to taste. Add crushed ice to fill glass.

Rangpur, bearrs, key limes, limequats, mandarinquats, calamondins, yuzu, lemons are all good.
Bouquet de fleurs & kaffir lime not so good
