Okay, so I really think this is what happened. I was waiting for new leaves to transplant, not flowers dagnabit !!! Oddly, the cutting was in CHCs, just stuck it right in, and it drained well. I think I just left it in the closed bottle way much and too long.

On to air layering....next spring.

Bingo, a few months ago, there was resistence, but after I posted here about it's inactivity, I did the test again, no resistence *Sigh*. I killed the roots.

Like you said Millet, next spring will be a doosey.
