Can seedless oranges survive in Tropical countries? and is there a seed or seedlings for the propagation?

Yes. Seedless citrus can be propagated from cuttings instead of seeds. The cuttings can be rooted directly into the ground or grafted (attached) to another citrus plant where it will grow as a seedless citrus on the other citrus' roots.

Also, some 'seedless' citrus actually have an occasional seed. They don't need to be 100% seedless to be called seedless in the marketplace.

I was going to say, most "seedless" citrus can contain a seed or two
