Mine decided to bloom too! I was giving it a little shower this morning and saw the blooms- I almost shrieked with delight.

Everything else is doing well too, starting to get new growth and lots of blooms. Well, almost everything else. My Meiwa kumquat is losing all it's leaves, and some of the branch tips are dying too.
Sad

Your Meiwa's problem is inside the container. Either, the growth medium has degraded to the point that it is holding to much water, and for too long, thus not enough Oxygen, or the tree might be root bound. Kumquats HATE being root bound. - Millet

Thanks Millet, I'll look into it.
The Meiwa came planted in very dark, rich earth.
