What might be the cause of dieback on my citrus sinensis?
Only a week ago I noticed one twig looking kind of lifeless, I cut if off.
Today I noticed two more twigs starting to die out.
On the other hand, there are signs of new healthy second flush on the tree.
I'm a ted confused about everything, so if anyone's got advice I'm all ears.
Please post your experience on this issue. What am I supposed to do?

P.S. Just to mention, the tree is fed and irrigated regularly. I'm using a regular perlit soil mixture for citrus varieties.

Die back of small twigs is nothing to worry about. Such die back is very common, and occurs every now and then throughout the life of a citrus tree. The presence of a certain amount of dead wood is natural in the normal development of a citrus tree, and represents the tree's ability to maintain the appropriate shoot to root ratio. - Millet (588-)

Millet....I have seen that on my previous trees when they have been too wet....If that continues to happen to his tree....would that be relative to excessively wet roots?
Although...he is using perlite there.
