Here is one I have been working on, its a grapefruit seedling possibly pollinated by either west indian lime or C. amboinensis, which both also grew in the same garden.
Leaves are nicely mild lime scented, and fruit skin similar.
Fruit are big, about 12cm long. Just ripening, so haven't tried it yet.
I am also growing some Ichang pummelo seedlings, which look pretty similar to this plant. Leaf shape is very similar, however leaf scent is different, and IP thorns are needle like, whereas my plant has very stout spines.
I think both WI lime and Amboinensis have papeda in their ancestry, which might explain the winged petioles.
Is anyone growing Ichang pummelo for comparison ?
