Laaz,
Several years ago I got a Mr. John’s Citrangquat From Keith. Last year a new limb shot up with with leaves that showed its trifoliate heritage.
Then the leaves returned to normal. Now, to me, the leaves are looking Variegated. What do you think?

Besides field testing for cold hardiness in TX, I can't find any info on the Mr. Johns Longevity Citrangequat.
Does anyone know how it tastes compared to a Thomasville Citrangequat?

Terry,

Your Mr. Johns tree looks tremendous! I bet the variegation won't persist though.

They taste the same as Thomasville and seem to be equally productive.

Thanks for the pics and update!

Terry it does look like variegation. Once it hardens off, try taking some buds & budding it to see if it remains variegated.

My Meyer lemon looks like it is producing a variegated branch at this time. Only time will tell. Keep your fingers crossed.

Here is a new pic of the Mr. John's after it's hardened off. One group of Variegated leaves looks promising.
