On the part that "man does not live by citrust alone".... I do hope folks eat lots of chestnuts and, in a few years, pomegranates, but I'm a bit biased!
As it comes as a surprise to many, I thought I'd point out that chestnuts contain about 26mg of Vitamin C for every 100 grams. That's almost half of the 59mg for "raw navel oranges" according to USDA info.
You're always pushing fish, Joe. My wife will hardly touch the stuff, so I've sort of given up and mostly eat it when we're dining out. Maybe I need to come visit!
