I have not looked up the latin name, but that looks like what is commonly called Virginia Creeper vine here--it is considered a weed, but some states use it as a foilage to grow on sound barriers along the interstate.

That's what it is Skeet. I have a variegated cultivar, which is not as an aggressive grower as the native ones. There are also cultivars selected for their fall color.
My wife has a strong dislike of all vines. She tolerates a few that I have like my native red honeysucle and a wisteria vine I keep as a bush, but she mumbles every time she walks by them.
