I don't know where else to go for this question...I can't log in using my normal user name and password. I had to register using a different name and email just to get in to straighten this out.

I checked all three of those usernames & none show as registered users. Try registering again with the name you want. If you still have problems let me know.

I tried to register before I started this thread...but my email address is already being used, so I wasn't allowed to register that way. Of course it is being used, by me! I have been registered and had access to this forum for a long time using that email address. I just now tried to register again but received the same answer. It's possible I have used a non standard user name(but I almost never do that)...possibly a misspelling of my normal user name if the forum required a certain number of letters or a combination of letters and numbers. I might have tried jbclem12 or jbclem11.

The forum doesn't allow a way to retrieve a forgotten user name, only a forgotten password. That's my dilemma since my email address is correctly registered. I need a way to retrieve my user name, which is why I started this thread.

Done. You should be able to log in with the first username you listed. I converted your posts to that username as well.
