It was beautiful here today and I was able to take a few pictures of what I (we) have growing on the patio of our town home. This was just as the sun was coming up...

Owari bark graft onto Dobashi-Beni

Dobashi Beni (Please excuse the water shoes, I race Outriggers and had practice the night before)

Bearss Lime full of blossoms and 2 successful bark grafts of Mexican and Kaffir Limes (Thank you Joe!)

Navel Orange bark grafted onto a Meyer Lemon I brought back from the brink last year

Lisbon Lemon (planted in May) with Blossoms and new fruit

Buddha's Hand and Trovita

The Right wall front to back: Bearss lime, Sungold Tomato, Variegated Eureka, Meyer Lemon, Oroblanco, Lisbon Lemon, White Genoa Fig, Canby Red Raspberry, Catalina Plum, Satsuma Plum and Earth Box with Spacemaster cucumbers and Assorted Bell Peppers.

Oroblanco with 4 fruits

Clockwise from top: Page Mandarin (newly acquired, working on 'fixing' it), Gold Nugget (had re potted about 2 weeks ago in CHC-peat) and Santa Teresa Lemon...With Lemongrass in background and a hidden pot of rosemary, sage and variegated thyme in between.

Kishu Mini (yes, a little ragged right now- still struggling), with Bonanza Peach in the back, Angel Red Pomegranate to the right...

Cara Cara with lots of new growth and blossoms!

Grafted C-35 seedlings in their cones

The Lane Late (UGH~)

My Squirrely Navel- I am very tempted to 'shape' it...but I know it may stunt productivity...thoughts?

Bream Tarocco, Bradley Tomato and Sweet Pom on either side

Prime Jim Blackberry, Sharp's Blueberry...both SO sweet!

NectaZee-HoneyBabe 2 in 1 Nectarine-Peach tree

The 'Good Smells' Corner: Lilac, Night Blooming Cereus, Heliotrope, Stephanotis (in bloom)

That's about it! My husband calls it the Jungle...affectionately, of course. I remind him that this obsession is a far better one than Nordstrom's!

Wow, what a jungle you have there! you really have optimized your space, well done! Jealous of that Oroblanco!(that's my next variety Very Happy) I wouldn't worry about pruning the navel, I think it looks good! It might reduce fruit production though, depending on how much you prune.

With so many trees, you should have a commercial nursery license. You are improving your skills daily. - Millet (480-)

Thank you both. Your support means alot. People say "I bet you can't wait to have a yard someday...". Frankly, I almost like it the way it is. Everything is easy to keep track of! To echo the thought of many on this board- I really couldn't do any of this without all the generous time and advice I've gotten here on this forum.

This was my husband's home before we got married. I'll post pics of the patio and "plants" I inherited before my 'remodel'. I did let him keep his gun cabinet though~ Wink I had the Meyer and Bearss for the past 5 years or so. I'm pretty sure I nearly killed them with ignorance. It's amazing what plants will do with a little attention!

So, here is the same patio about 3 years ago... It was my birthday present, just before we were married, that I got to put a "few" plants on the patio... Wink

The two white planters that housed the dead boxwood topiaries are now homes to the Cara Cara and Trovita. I'm hoping for a longer lifespan for these two! I'm fairly certain this was the last time he was seen clipping anything out there...thankfully.

This wall now is where the Santa Rosa plum, Blackberry, blueberry, Navel, 4 in 1 apple and Dobashi Beni are... So what? I wanted more privacy... Smile We of course can't leave out our ferocious watch dog/supervisor-turned babysitter, Heidi Louise
