I've tasted both and what is called mandalo in Texas is an inferior low quality fruit you can't give away. I topworked 4 mature trees to satsuma for a friend with 125 satsuma trees.

Cocktail on the other hand tastes excellent. The ones I tasted were grown from seed taking 17 years to fruit.
