Yes, Millet Laughing That is me grinning widely! The Ball Blue Book: Guide to Preserving is THE book on how to put up fruit and how to can. I had my grandmother's Ball Blue Book for years and years until it finally fell apart. Oddly, I just picked up a new copy (the 100 Anniversary Edition is out now) at my really great local gardening center, Green Thumb Nursery in San Marcos, Calif. They also carry a full canning supply, as I don't have any jars or lids left. Thought I ought to brush up on my canning skills, since I will have plenty of fruit and citrus to put up! Just my Meyer lemon alone could give me about 100 jars of marmalade right now! Here's a link to the book from Ball's site directly: http://www.freshpreserving.com/pages/new_products/2.php?pid=285
