Hi, I have about 8 or more brown turkey fig bushes where the limbs of the main fig tree have touched the ground and rooted over the last 5 years or more. These are nice size plants. Would love to trade them for citrus, or other fruit plants, or perennials.
Make offer.
Thanks
Jean

Id love a fig but about the only thing I have in abundance are vegetable seeds. Are you interested in seeds and postage at all? Ill have raspberry plants this summer, but I dont know the variety name (it s a sweet red that has started bearing a second crop despite being in a great sun location but only getting some occasional compost and fish emulsion as food) |

Dear garnetmoth,
Thank you for your note. I have lots of veggie seeds, but I appreciate the offer. I have posted the figs on garden web also, but if trading doesn't take all the figs, I will let you know.
I love red raspberries and have had them growing before, but they took over my garden. Not sure I want to give them another chance.
How about cuttings of citrus. Got any?
Jean

So, how have you traded off your figs? have any more? I have a few extra FD seedlings, and might have an extra Yuzu or Kaffir lime, im going to let my seedlings get a bit bigger and figure out which ones I want to keep |

Dear Garnetmoth,
I would love to trade for each of those items. I still have quite a few figs and more I could dig up, but have traded off maybe 15. I was just going to list them again. How many would you like?

YAY! well, its up to you really. I have at least 2 FDs for you, and I dont think the yuzu/ kaffir seedlings will be big enough to ship safely till the fall, theyve just got 2-5 true leaves and are a bit fragile still. FDs for one fig now and then reconvene in the fall? PLMK. Take Care! |

Hi Garnetmoth,
That was a quick reply. Drop me a note to my e-mail address:
jeanss@direcway.com and let me know how many figs you want. I will go ahead and ship them to you and you can send me a yuzu and Kaffir in the fall. Sound OK?
Send your address to my e-mail, and I will send you mine.
Thanks!
