				| John I will look at the settings when I get home tonight. I believe that by default it is set that way to encourage people tp join the forums. This is a free forum, so I don't have total control over how it displays. _________________

				| It is very easy just to join the forum, and then study the links as long as one wishes. I don't see any real problem. - Millet | |

				| I don't see any option to change this, so I am assuming it is built into the forum software. If they are really interested in learning something they are free to join. _________________

				| I understood, what Jcaldeira wants to say. I really "hate" to log in, each and every time, when I want to check new posts - especially pictures.
I think, there have to be possibility to change this setting, because some citrus forums in Czech Republic use the same forum software and pictures are visible for everyone.

				| If one joins the forum, they do not have to log in every time. Just click the "remember me" box, then you never have to log in. Few things in this world are simpler. - Millet | |

 this is what I do.

I cant remember how I found this forum but I do know when I did obviously links were private. 30 seconds later I was member. Not that big of a deal.

				| I choose "Log me on automatically each visit" , but it doesn't work. May be, because I have dynamic allocated IP address or what. | |

				| One problem I can see with having to be a member / log in to see pics and links:
Membership list would tend to be cluttered with people that set up an account to read or view the one thing they were interested in (and never came back)
