Thermometer in my yard is right @ 100F. Way too early for that, this is going to be a long hot summer. Sad

This week we have had a 100F, 99F, and a 92F days. Plus there are currently 3 forest fires burning in Colorado with 360+ homes burnt to the ground so far. As far as I understand the fires are still zero percent contained. During all this we have been out in the field planting grapes for the entire week. Lately it seems that Colorado has been having annual forest fires each year. Last year the one near Colorado Springs, burnt over 400 homes to the ground. One of the three fires going on now burned right up to and under the world highest suspension bridge (The Royal Gorge bridge), but with a giant effort the fire fighters were able to save the structure. - Millet

UP DATE: Now I see on the TV News yet another forest fire has started, so now Colorado has 4 different forest fires burning in different parts of the state. - Millet

Wow, heat everywhere but in the northeast. Send some to me, I'm waiting with my beer. Cool

Smithwick's Ale Homebrew:

Millet, you could use some of the rain we've had... already over 7 inches this month.

Laaz, when you have temps like 100* what kind of heat index do you have ?
You know beer can dehydrate you ....... Or so I have always heard.
