What's causing this?

Citrus bud mites?

I've been noticing quite a few of these deformed buds/youngin developing alongside the normal ones. Also, there are buds that are not fully developed yet and they open/flower prematurely.

Pictures are from my Lisbon lemon tree.

I think so. Here's the thread where I posted pics from my Lisbon with similar blossum deformation.

After Citrange's reply I took a closer look at my Corpaci lemon tree and noticed some leaf deformation on that tree.
