I try to find trifoliate cultivars growing acceptably fast
Trifoliate have many cultivars; Have any one ever try trifoliate cv. kryder or cv. Rich or even cv. flying dragon?
Are they much more vigor and faster than normal trifoliate?

I have a Trifoliata that flowers & fruits in the first year from seed. Not sure of the exact variety name.

From memory,Poncirus types are classified as large leaved, large flowered and small leaved, small flowered and probably other possible combinations.
The LL/LFlower types are much stronger growers, but the SL/SFlower types are better rootstock types, and strains of those are most often used in Citrus nurseries. You may like to research this yourself, and try to find appropriate strains, there are a lot of named Poncirus types in research collections etc.
Flying Dragon seedlings seem to be the fastest to fruit from seed. If you want plants that fruit quickly(not same as grow quickly) try to get budwood from a fruiting Poncirus.
