I am seeking some budwood for Gold Nugget. I will need legal budwood from a state that can send me some to Louisiana. Dont want to break any rules but the way I read them I can get budwood from a state that is not a listed commercial citrus producer. Can not be shipped to Orleans or Washington Parish as those are quarentined Parishes..but I live in Livingston. LEGAL and disease free is the way I want to do business. Thanks David

Maybe I'm confused, but wouldn't it be easier to buy the tree instead of buying the bud-wood, cost of shipping, and then the royalty fees that go with the Gold Nugget?

You may be right turtle but my thing is in the grafting. I would like to start out and graft 10 or 12 trees ....I guess one could buy a tree and cut it up for scion wood and graft till his hearts content.....could be cheaper too. Thanks for the reply and nice to meet you. David
