Salvia is one of my wife and my favorite plants. Tonight on the news I hear that kids are smoking it and using it as a hallucinogen drug. My God we have a yard full of drugs. What’s next?

Although we all like to think that our generation had more morals and were better acting than the next the truth is people have been using drugs since we evolved into upright walking humans but you are right smoking that crap sounds pretty stupid to me.

I love brugmansia flowers & they got a bad rap because of couple teens in FL. They steeped the flowers in hot water & drank it to get high & ended up in the E room. Many flowers & plants I grow are poison.

Well, it is only Salvia divinorum. The ones you have in your garden might not be psychoactive.
