Harvey, here are some shorter banana varieties you can grow in your greenhouse. I don't know how tall your greenhouse is. All produce good tasting fruit.

William's Hybrid 6-9 feet (EXCELLENT sweet dessert banana-one of my favorites to grow)
Thousand Fingers 10-12 feet (produces 100's of small sweet fruit)
Double Mahoi Banana -7 Feet (produces two heads)
Dwarf Brazilian 6-8 feet (really very tasty fruit)
Praying Hands - 12 feet (vanilla flavored banana)
Cavendish Dwarf 6-7 feet medium size fruit but quite sweet)
Red Dwarf (aka Dwarf Cuban) 6-8 feet (very good tasting)
Goldfinger (aka FHIA-01) - 14 feet (Outstanding producer of delicious fruit.
Gros Michel - 12 feet (used to be the primary banana of commerce)
Namwa 10-14 feet (excellent flavor - yellow pulp)
Rajapuri 8-10 feet (medium sized fruit -great choice for landscape a beartiful banana)

Millet (831-)
