I have been Marcotting some of the trifoliate rootstock sprouts from my satsuma trees and finally have new growth from 2 of them. I lost one, but it actually did not have any roots when I cut it--just a thick white callous. I have 2 more that have been potted for several weeks, but have not put out any new growth and 2 more that I just potted today. I should have several rootstocks ready for grafting this fall.
