The psyllid was found in Jefferson county Texas, Beaumont, Port Arthur area and is now under the quarantine. So far the psyllid has not been found in Hardin or Orange counties. For plants to be moved out of the county of Jefferson the nurseryman must comply with the TDA regulations.
