My Cal. is inside now and in its greenhouse with 70% humidity and under daylight bulbs (isn't so off white 100 watt) I know thses aren't the best bulbs but all of my other plants citrus, desert rose, bannana (sub. species) and coffee are doing well under these lights with the exception of my navel under 6400 compact flourescent. Why has my Cal. seemingly stopped growing its has been since July its last flush.

Could it be that your cal is growing roots right now preparing for a burst of new growth come Sprng time to surprise you?
As long as it looks healthy and green, I don't worry about my citrus.
To me, they can behave anyway they want to.
That's why I semineglect them. And what do they do?
They try to show me they look beautiful by showing me new growth even at this time of the year.
