I just finished doing the automatic irrigation system for a 5-acre horse ranch for a friend who recently lost her husband. It took me three weekend days to get the job done with the help of another friend. I ended up using two 12-channel exterior mount timers, and tons of wires and solenoid valves. It was just finished at 8:30 pm today, and we celebrated with wine, beer, steak, taquitos, pina colada. I'm a free man at last! And made my friend very happy. The labor charge is free. It was the equivalent project for 4-8 residential houses!
