We had a big spring storm over the weekend. It was really roaring. Surprisingly my glasshouses came through ok but there was one casualty.
My tarocco orange that was planted in the garden only 6 months ago was lying at right angles to it's planted roots. When I lifted it up I was pleased to find it wasn't broken but it was badly twisted with fibrous tissues sticking out but intact.
I twisted it back into place then wiped some silicone over the injury and taped it up and restaked it.
Anything else I can do? Will it need extra water etc

THat sure was a crazy storm alright. We had very strong winds here in Auckland and it blew off a lot of my freshly sprouted spring growth Crying or Very sad Not sure what else you could do Glenn maybe wrap with some of that clear medical tape that they wrap graft joins with and support with a stake of bamboo is what i would do.
