The goal in a mist system is to moisten the leaf surfaces, then let them almost (but not quite) become surface dry and do it again. The exact timing depends on the humidity in the greenhouse, air temperature, amount of air movement, and who knows what all else -- anything that affects the rate of drying. So the best answer is to set it up, choose a timing, and watch it for several minutes, during the warmest, sunniest part of the day. Then adjust the timing as needed.
In any case, it can be off at night. And during the day, probably one misting per 5-8 minutes will be adequate, long enough to get things wet, perhaps 3-8 seconds of mist.
Our system at Florida Southern College is outdoors, with no roof, so it gets full sun and whatever the weather is doing at the moment. We run it from sunrise to sunset, 6 seconds every 5 minutes. And that works well for us. But the climate in your greenhouse won't be quite like ours. So you may have to tinker with it.
