Looks like a single leaf has the extra leaflet. That's not so unusual, for Citrus seedlings( or even trees ) to show the occasional bi or trifoliate leaf. If every leaf was bifoliate it would be more remarkable. That could indicate hybridization, or mutation in the genes that control leaf structure.

Are the seeds coming from Voss?
Among the Ichan lemon seedlings from Voss (Bernhard) I have two with bifoliate leaves. But he said he didn't control the pollinisation and it could be a cross with his numerous other citus.

Hi Ivica
I'm no expert, but I say tag them as unique and grow them out. I hand pollinated Shanguan and Tiwanica Lemon with Morton Citrange pollen. Of the 30 or so seedlings I grew out, some were trifoliate, some intermediate, and most monofoliate. The trifloliate type developed the albinism trait and promptly began dying. I assumed they were genetically unstable. The others survived and are now abouth three years old. The leaves of some are distinctly lemon scented, even though of no lemon parentage. The others, for lack of a better description smell peppery to me. Hopefully, I'll get fruitng in a year or two.
