I'm looking for recommendations for the best dwarf blood orange variety to grow in a container. I live in Eastern Washington (hot, desert summers and cool winters). I bring my trees in during the winter and augment light with bulbs.

Basically looking for a blood orange which will grow well indoors in the winter, in a container, and will complement my existing Meyer Lemons.

Hi Brian, I think you can successfully grow any of them well in your conditions. Moro and Tarocco are medium size trees and Sanguinelli is small to medium. Moro and Sanguinelli fruit holds well on tree, Tarocco does not. Tarocco should have the sweetest fruit.

If you read up on them, you will make a better, more well informed decision. But basically, any of them should do quite well in your conditions.
